Can I come to the shop and collect my order?We're sorry, orders placed using the website can't be collected from the shop. You're welcome to come and purchase products in our shop (click here to get directions). How will you deliver my order?At Diva Dogs we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 5-10 working days. We usually send via Royal Mail (First Class) however some larger items will be sent using a courier. * Some products are excluded from our standard delivery prices (particularly heavy items). These products have their own individual delivery charges we will email you should there be additional postage cost. ** We reserve the right not to deliver to countries other than the UK. If we can't deliver your order your payment will be refunded. Additional postage costs may be incurred we will notify you of the costs via email. What if I'm not in?If you're not in when your items are delivered they will usually be taken to your local sorting office (or depot if a courier is used) and a card will be put through your door. A signature will usually be required to receive or collect an order. If you need to check on the status of an order you can email enquiries@divadogs.co.uk. We will endevour to respond to your email within 24 hours. Enquiries regarding online orders cannot be dealt with via our boutique our staff do not have access to our online systems you must email us for information regarding any online order. What if I'm from a country that's not listed?You can email us to double check as we can sometimes make exceptions subject to the order, but as a general rule we don't deliver out side of the EU and the USA. How do I exchange or return a product to Diva Dogs?The product doesn't fit, its no longer required or it was ordered by mistakeIf you wish to return a product that isn't faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. (enquiries@divadogs.co.uk) We will be pleased to exchange the item(s) for you. Products should be returned in "as new" and unused condition. If you require an exchange you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge of £4.50 (UK mainland) and £6.40 (outside UK) via a cheque or postal order (payable to Diva Dogs) this should sent with your returned item(s) to cover the dispatch costs of your replacement item(s). (Please ensure that you include your order details such as name, address and telephone number and the alternative item that is required including size and colour if applicable, your original sales invoice MUST be included with your item(s). *Please note that if items are returned without payment to cover the cost of the return P&P or suitable information is not included with your returned item(s) Diva Dogs will not follow up this issue it is your responsibilty to send payment and include ALL details. We cannot exchange products and re-dispath if we do not have your details. The product is faulty or not as describedIn the unlikely event that your not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 7 days enquires@divadogs.co.uk quoting your order number. Please contact us right away to arrange a refund (processed within 30 days) or replacement. We will let you know how and where to return your product(s). Your statutory rights are not affected. |
