Do you have a shop?Yes, we have a Boutique in Chelmsford, Essex where you are welcome to bring your dog to view, purchase and try on our products. Our opening hours are Tuesday - Wednesday 10am - 5pm Thursday and Friday 10am - 6pm Saturday 10am - 7pm.
The address is Diva Dogs, 42 New Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1PH Are Items Returnable?Items are exchangeable for alternative sizes please notify us of this within 7 days of receipt (enquiries@divadogs.co.uk) Items should be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our Boutique (Diva Dogs -42 New Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1PH) we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system. You will be required to pay the £4.50 (UK) or £6.40 (outside UK) via a cheque or postal order included with your returned item/s (payable to Diva Dogs) for delivery charge to cover the postage for your replacement product(s) following an exchange. Your replacement good(s) will be dispatched within 5-10 working days when your unwanted item is recieved by us. Please note that it is your responsibilty to return items(s) with payment to cover the cost of the return P&P Diva Dogs will not follow up this issue it is your responsibilty to send payment. You must ensure that your order number, delivery details and telephone number are included with your returned item(s) your original sales invoice MUST be included with your item(s). We cannot exchange products and re-dispath if we do not have your details. If your item is faulty, you will be offered a replacement or refund. If you are unhappy with the size/style, we can offer you a full value exchange or refund. Please note that postage costs are not refundable. Please also note that toys, treats sanitary items (knickers and belly bands) grooming products, Hair clips and seasonal items including fancy dress costumes and festive items are not returnable. We strongly recommend that you measure your pet before placing your order. We suggest that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets under supervision. Must I buy online?No, if you prefer you can come along to our Boutique. How quickly will I receive my order?It is our aim to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times. However, due to unforeseen demand and our large product range this cannot always be guaranteed. All orders (unless specified otherwise on the website) are dispatched within 5-10 working days, however many orders will reach you within just a few days. If you require an item very urgently then please call to see if we can arrange this. If you have ordered more than one item that is out of stock and the rest of your order is in stock then items should be with you within 3 - 4 weeks at the latest. What currencies do you accept?Diva Dogs accepts payment in UK Pounds Sterling however international customers can still shop on our site because your credit card company will provide the currency exchange automatically. The currency conversions shown on our website are purely for guidance only and the actual conversion rate may vary. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Delta, Solo, Electron through our secure payment system. Cheques (made payable to Diva Dogs) can also be sent to our head office if you place a phone order. Can you send me a catalogue?Due to our vast and ever-changing product range it is not possible for us to produce a catalogue. Do you sell wholesale/trade?Yes we do, please visit our trade section on our web-site and complete an application. I am not sure what size to buy?Please see our pet size guide.
