Can I come to the shop and collect my order?

We're sorry, orders placed using the website can't be collected from the shop.

You're welcome to come and purchase products in our shop (click here to get directions).

How will you deliver my order?

At Diva Dogs we aim to dispatch (NOT DELIVER) your order as soon as possible, usually within 5-10 WORKING days. Our dispatch times are slightly longer as many of our products come direct from the USA.

We usually send via Royal Mail (First Class) however some larger items will be sent using a courier.

Postage Charges

* Some products are excluded from our standard delivery prices (particularly heavy or large items). These products have their own individual delivery charges there may be additional postage cost.

** We reserve the right not to deliver to countries other than the UK. If we can't deliver your order your payment will be refunded. Additional postage costs may be incurred we will notify you of the costs via email.

What if I'm not in?

If you're not in when your items are delivered they will usually be taken to your local sorting office (or depot if a courier is used) and a card will be put through your door. A signature will usually be required to receive or collect an order.

If you need to check on the status of an order you can email enquiries@divadogs.co.uk. We will endevour to respond to your email within 24 -48 hours. Enquiries regarding online orders cannot be dealt with via our boutique our staff do not have access to our online systems you must email us for information regarding any online order.

What if I'm from a country that's not listed?

You can email us to double check as we can sometimes make exceptions subject to the order.
