Making A Purchase

It's easy, just browse our online shop and add the items that you wish to buy. Selecting the BUY button will add the item to your shopping basket. Once you have made your selection, you may view your order via the VIEW BASKET Button. Should you wish to remove an item click on the item image with the red cross. Once you are satisfied and ready to proceed with payment click on the 'Checkout and Pay' button, you will be asked for a few payment details to complete the order.

Diva Dogs accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling however international customers can still shop via our site as your credit card company will provide the currency exchange automatically. The currency conversions shown on our website are purely for guidance only and the actual conversion rate may vary. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Delta, Solo, Electron through our secure payment system. Cheque's (made payable to Diva Dogs) can also be sent to our boutique if you place a phone order. We will dispatch your order as soon as your cheque is cleared.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

We dispatch NOT DELIVER orders within 5-10 working days This allows suitable time for any products to arrive from our overseas offices. International orders are generally received in approximately 14 - 21 working days.

Customs Information

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using a secure server. Diva Dogs do not process or have access to your card details.

Please Note online orders will be dealt with via email correspondence ONLY. We regret our boutique staff can only assist with booking grooming appointments, sizing or product information.

Our telephone lines do get busy, so please leave a message with details of your query and we will get back to you.

Privacy Policy

DIVA DOGS do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We will refund your money to the value of the goods returned, provided all goods are returned in the same condition - unworn, unsoiled, with labels and tags intact and in original packaging. Seasonal items including fancy dress items, treats, Food, Hair accessories, Sanitary Items Tickets/vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

If any items are returned and no exchange is required, whilst in most circumstances, the customer will be refunded in full for total cost of goods, postage cannot be refunded.

Step 1. Please complete our returns form found on the contact us page  http://www.divadogs.co.uk/c/contact-us.htm  within 7 days of receipt to let us know why you are returning goods.

Step 2. Once this is completed and if approved returned goods should be sent to us immediately by recorded or registered post addressed to our Boutique address as shown on this site. We cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system. We request that you include your Name, address and order no. We also ask that if you require an exchange you list the items required in place of the unwanted items. If this is not included Diva Dogs will NOT contact you. It is your responsibility to advise us. We will hold your goods for 4 weeks to allow you to arrange collection of your items if they are returned outside of the 7 day return period.

Unless the product is faulty, delivery and return charges are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days once we have checked the returned goods. This will be via your original method of payment. Any correspondence relating to this must be via email to enquiries@divadogs.co.uk our boutique staff cannot assist with refund queries, sorry.

Trade Terms & Conditions

We ask for a minimum first order of £250.00 (excluding VAT). Diva Dogs operate a NO Subsequent minimum order amount after your first order. Carriage within the UK is free on all orders over £250.00 anything under this amount will incur postage costs.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS GOODS ARE FAULTY. We do not allow sale or return of our non-faulty products to ensure that everything offered is sent in pristine condition.

For website customers we can provide some electronic images for you to use online. Under no circumstances may these images be used for any other purpose than to promote those specific items (i.e. the use of our images for company stationery or website design). You must not use the images of items that you do not hold in stock in at least one or more sizes.

Orders will usually take 10 business days to reach you provided all items are in stock and your company is based in the UK.

Payment is required before items will be shipped, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment via Bank Credit Transfer, Cheque or Debit card is preferred on all UK orders, however credit cards may be accepted at our discretion.

All overseas orders must be paid via Bank Credit Transfer directly into our bank account before items will ship. Buyer must pay all bank charges.

sadly we do not have a brochure due to the ever changing stock please see our website for items available.

Diva Dogs have the right to cancel your wholesale order if we feel that you are not a trading business.
